I did not receive an email to start my reservation/purchase.

The following reasons are possible for not receiving the start email:
  1. There is an error in the mail address entered from the Reservation/Purchase window
  2. The mail is blocked by your spam filter.
  3. The mail is blocked by your Internet service provider's spam filter
Please check these items.

I cannot open the start URL.

The start reservation/purchase email is valid for 24 hours after it has been sent.
Please make your reservation/purchase within 24 hours.

The message "Reservation/Purchase is aborted." appears and I cannot make a reservation.

This message appears if you close your browser while making a reservation/purchase.
Please make you reservation/purchase once more by clicking [Make reservation] on the Web Ticket website.

How many ticket can I purchase the Weekday discount WEB ticket at once?

The number you can purchase is less than 14 people.
If it is more than 15 people, it will be accepted as a group.So, please contact from here.

I cannot see the Confirm reservation window.

* In order to open the Confirm window, you must provide the reservation/purchase number listed in the "Your reservation/purchase is complete" email and the email address you entered when making the reservation/purchase.

Can I make a seat reservation?

Seat reservations cannot be mad

What is the age limit for a child ticket?

Child tickets are for elementary school age or younger. Please purchase adult tickets for middle school age students and above.
There is no charge for children under elementary school age.
All passengers must take seats.
Another fee will be charged if a pre-school child needs own seat.

How do I pay for my reservation?

The payment method is a single payment by credit card at the time of reservation.
Debit cards, prepaid type, chargeable credit cards, etc. can not be used.

How do I receive my tickets?

Please show your barcode at the Web Ticket Office.

How long is the validity of the ticket?

Validity of the tickets is five days, after exchange with a WEB ticket at ticket office.

Can I combine discounts?

You can’t use WEB ticket with coupons issued by travel agencies, travel tickets, preferential tickets, various discounts.

WEB Ticket Reservation

When is the deadline for making reservations?

  • Reservations are acceptable until 11:59 a.m. on the day before.
  • Reservations for ticket from 15th April to 30th June become acceptable from 1st March.
  • Reservations for ticket from 1st July to 4th November become acceptable from 1st June
  • Example
    • the ticket for 25th April is bookable from 12:00 p.m. on 1st March to 11:59 a.m. 24th April.
    • the ticket for 1st August is bookable from 12:00 p.m. on 1st June to 11:59 a.m. 31th July.
  • It's the reservation for just boarding, NOT seat reservation.
  • You can also buy tickets on the day at each stations.

I cannot reserve because there is no vacancy.

Please make your reservation as early as possible because there is a limit on the number of reservations.
If you cannot make a reservation, please purchase the ticket at the ticket office on the day of boarding.

I want to cancel my reservation.

You can cancel your reservation from the "Customers with reservations" window.
* You must provide the reservation number listed in the "Your reservation is complete" email and the email address you entered when making the reservation.
  • You can change only the number of guests until 11:59 a.m. on the day before your boarding date.
  • Cancellation fee (50% of fare) will be charged if you cancelled on the website from 12:00 p.m. on the day before your boarding date to the time you getting board.
  • Cancellation fee (100% of fare) will be charged for the cancellation after boarding time.

We do not accept cancellations by phone.

I cannot cancel my reservation.

Reservations can be canceled up to noon (12:00) of the day before boarding.
Please Contact Us if you cannot cancel before this time.

Can I make a reservation for the boarding time on the Kogen bus from Murodo to Bijodaira?

Boarding times cannot be reserved for the Kogen bus. Boarding time reservations are available only for the cable car from Tateyama station.

Where can I buy tickets from Murodo to Ogizawa?

You can buy tickets from Murodo to Ogizawa at Murodo.

Where can I buy tickets from Kurobe Dam to Ogizawa?

You can buy tickets from Kurobe Dam to Ogizawa at Kurobe Dam.

Is there a cancellation charge when I cancel?

Cancellation is possible until 11:59 a.m. on the day before your boarding day.
There is no cancellation fee in that case.
Cancellation fee (50% of fare) will be charged if you cancelled on the website from 12:00 p.m. on the day before your boarding date to the time you getting board.
Cancellation fee (100% of fare) will be charged for the cancellation after boarding time.

Is it possible can change the reservation?

You can change only the number of guests until 11:59 a.m. on the day before your boarding date.
In case of other changes, please cancel the original reservation and make a new one.

You can change only the number of guests and the boarding time at the counter in departure station on the day, but the changing fee will be charged as below.
  • Change in the date is impossible.
    Cancellation fee (100% of fare) will be charged for the cancellation after boarding time.
  • Change in the boarding time will be possible to the available time.

  • Adults \ 1,000 per person
  • Children \ 500 per person
Example 1: In case of the reservation for 5 adults changed to 4 guests
 Commission amount: ¥1,000 (for one adult who was reduced)
Example 2: In case of 5 adults changed the boarding time at counter on the day
 Commission amount: ¥5,000 (for 5 adults who changed boarding time)

Can I exchange for a ticket by the day before of boarding date?

No, you can’t. Please exchange for a ticket at the station office on your boarding date.

After purchase, can I exchange my ticket to which is outside of designated period with extra fee?

No, you can’t. You can exchange your ticket for the day only in designated period at the station office.
It’s impossible to exchange your ticket to which is outside of designated period with extra fee.
About 50% of the regular fee will be charged if you cancelled after purchase on our website.
※Please do not mistake to check the available date, the number of guests, the section and the boarding station (Tateyama station/Ogizawa station) when you purchase.

When is the deadline for the purchase?

Purchase will be accepted until 23:59 1 day prior to the boarding date.
Example: If you plan boarding on 31st August, please purchase by August 30th at 23:59. It is non-reserved seating.
