The payment method is a single payment by credit card.

Debit cards, prepaid type, chargeable credit cards, etc. can not be used.
The amount is charged the month after the month of boarding according to the membership agreement of your card company (billing cycle depends on the card company) and deducted from your account on the following or subsequent month. Please check the membership agreement of your card company for details.
Our credit card payment system is compatible with the 3D Secure (secure authentication service) credit card.
To use this type of credit card, register a password with your credit card company beforehand and enter that password during payment to prevent spoofing by a third-party. If you have registered a password for a 3D Secure credit card, click the "Purchase" button to open the password input window of your credit card company and enter the password.Then return to our reservation complete window to check the content of your application.

Details of your reservation will be sent to the address you entered.
Please check the content and boarding date.
You can change only the number of guests until 11:59 a.m. on the day before your boarding date.
In case of other changes, please cancel the original reservation and make a new one.
You can change only the number of guests and the boarding time at the counter in departure station on the day, but the changing fee will be charged as below.
On the date of the boarding, please show something to prove your identification (such as passport) and show your reservation number at the Web ticket office.
You will receive your ticket in return.

You may have to wait a while before boarding.
Cancellation is possible until 11:59 a.m. on the day before your boarding day.
There is no cancellation fee in that case.
Cancellation fee (50% of fare) will be charged if you cancelled on the website from 12:00 p.m. on the day before your boarding date to the time you getting board.
Cancellation fee (100% of fare) will be charged for the cancellation after boarding time.
We do not accept cancellations by phone.
