WEB Ticket Reservation

Validity of the ticket is five days after exchange for WEB ticket at ticket window.

Please do not apply for groups by travel agencies.

Reservations for October and November will be on sale starting at 4:00 pm on 1st October.

It might take some time to exchange for a WEB ticket at station if many visitors coming because there is only one window for WEB ticket.

During peak season, please come to the window 30 minutes before your boarding time to complete exchanging 15 minutes before.

Making a Reservation

On the Web Ticket Reservation home page, click the Make a Reservation button in the left side menu.
Sorry, but we only accept payment by credit card and we do not offer any installment plans. Have your credit card handy to continue.

Enter your email address

Make a Reservation page
  1. Enter your email address correctly.
  2. Read the Terms of Service and check the agreement checkbox to agree.
  3. Click the Start Reservation button.
Notes:
  1. If the email address is incorrect, you cannot receive the email that provides you with access to the Web Ticket Reservation form.
  2. You must agree with the Terms of Service in order to make a Web Ticket Reservation.
You may not receive the Start Reservation email in the following cases:
  1. You may have entered your email address incorrectly on the Make a Reservation page.
  2. Your email application may have filtered our email into your spam folder.
  3. Your internet service provider may have filtered our email as spam and blocked it.

Click the URL provided in the email.
The reservation form URL in the email is valid for 24 hours after the email has been sent.
Start to make your reservation within 24 hours.

  1. Select either one of the following options:
    • Tateyama station to Murodo one-way
    • Tateyama station to Murodo round trip
    • Tateyama station to Daikanbo round trip
    • Tateyama station to Kurobeko (Lake) round trip
    • One-way ticket from Ogizawa to Tateyama station
    • Round trip ticket from Ogizawa to Murodo
    • Round trip ticket from Ogizawa to Daikanbo
    • Round trip ticket from Ogizawa to Kurobe Dam
  2. Enter the numbers of persons to be reserved for each age group.
    • Adults (12 years old and above)
    • Children (6 to 11 years old)
    • Note: There is no need to count children or infants under 6 years old (free fare).
  1. Our system cannot handle the reservation for a group of 15 or more people. Make a reservation via a travel agency or purchase your tickets on the day you arrive at the station.
  2. We usually offer a combination of Tateyama Cable Car and Highland Bus services between Tateyama station and Bijodaira. However, for those with tickets reserved on this website, we may offer direct bus service during the high season.
  3. Cable cars departing after 11:20 cannot be reserved. Purchase your tickets on the day you arrive at the station.

The date and time of services, available for the number of persons, are displayed.
  1. The date and time of available services are listed for each 14-day period.
  2. Services with the Next button are available.
  3. Select the date and time by clicking the Next button.
The date and time of your ride is now settled.
Note:
Even for the dates on which services are not available on this reservation site, you can purchase same-day tickets.
Reservation is accepted starting from midnight (12 a.m.) 30 days prior to the boarding date and up until 12 p.m. one day prior to the boarding date.
E.g. The tickets for August 31st can be reserved between 12 a.m. of August 1st and 12 p.m. of August 30th.

Canceling Your Reservation

On the Web Ticket Reservation home page, click the View/Cancel Your Reservation button in the left side menu.

Reservation can be canceled before 12 p.m. one day prior to the boarding date.
If there is no cancellation procedure by the day before the ride day, we will charge you for the full price even if you do not receive the ticket.
